They depend on things we don't control, including regulators, and they may change or never happen. They're our current plans, not promises.

• STORE tokens haven't been issued yet. They may not launch, and if they do, they could be worth little or nothing.
• Launch depends on approval in Switzerland, and on four launch gates: funding, technology, tax, and regulatory. Each is still in progress, and none is certain yet.
• We're still raising the rest of the seed round. Launch waits until we do.
• A SAFT isn't equity in STORE Research, and it isn't a governor seat.
• Laws and regulations may change in ways that delay or stop STORE.
• We can't promise a launch date or a token value.
