The governance record
The strongest proof of what a governor vote means is what governors chose not to do.
The Nash equilibrium is not a theory at STORE. It is a voting record.
What a governor does
Leslie Lamport (Turing Award 1982): BFT: f = floor((Nā1)/3) = 41 at N=126 | attack requires f+1 = 42 governors simultaneously | cost = 42 × $10,000 = $420,000 minimum | max concentration 0.8% vs 33.3% ceiling

The STORE governor protocol technical paper is being finalized. Register below and we will send it to you when it publishes. In the meantime, STORE is available to purchase. A $10,000 purchase is a contract - not a coin and not a seat. 126 people vote today. A purchase does not add a 127th vote at checkout. A seat takes an election by people already on the roll.

The math across compute eras
Research is being finalized to extend the one-third ceiling into quantum computing - original patent filings are being prepared. The classical layer is live today: five data centers, 126 governors, 1,800+ consecutive days, zero violations.

HOW YOUR VOTE WORKS - FIRST GOVERNANCE
Every ballot uses the same quorum: 42+ of 126 governors must participate. Simple majority of votes cast passes the ballot. 67% required to overrule the executive branch - that is checks and balances.
Governor positions are not investment contracts. Protocol rewards are earned through active governance participation - not passive holding. Governance rights are not transferable. U.S. governors must be accredited investors. This page does not constitute an offer to sell any security. STORE tokens have not been publicly released. All prior agreements are SAFTs. Conducted under Regulation D and Regulation S. Consult your financial and legal advisors.
