Corrupting STORE governance required flipping 3 of 6 founding governors in 2020. Today it requires 43 of 126. At 1,000 governors: 334. At 10,000: 3,334.
This is architecturally opposed to Metcalfe's Law - not mathematically inverse. Metcalfe is quadratic in N and concentrates. Hamilton is linear in N under a binding ceiling and distributes. Traditional networks make capture easier at scale. Constitutional networks make it harder.

The Fermi Principle
Enrico Fermi's most innovative nuclear physics happened because the control rod existed - not despite it. The safety mechanism freed him to run the experiment for 28 minutes. Without the shutdown mechanism he could not have run the experiment at all.
Constitutional governance is not the enemy of AI innovation. It is what makes AI innovation bankable, deployable, and scalable. STORE governs STORE's own governance layer. The separation of powers is internal. Triangle AI is a separate product.
