Autonomous AI systems form their own sound money economies on STORE infrastructure. The token that governs the most compute economy that cannot concentrate above one-third becomes the reserve currency of a new kind of economy - one where the floor is the product. As AI moves from cloud inference into physical systems, the governance question moves with it. STORE's one-third ceiling is designed to govern compute at the physics layer. Physical AI is compute. The theorem follows.

Layer 8 - Vision

Democratic Edge Protocol

Anyone with a GPU or a phone will be able to serve constitutional inference and earn STORE. Earnings will flow back through governed infrastructure. No single provider will be able to hold more than one-third of total inference capacity - enforced at the database as a type error.

Hyperscalers will buy constitutional inference wholesale. Trust Receipts will ship with every transaction. No buyer, however large, will cross the one-third ceiling.

Layer 9 - Research being finalized

Physical AI + Quantum

Research is being finalized to extend the one-third ceiling into quantum computing and physical AI systems. Original patent filings are being prepared.

Layer 8 economics, DEP participation, and MVNO wholesale architecture are investor-grade projections - not current offering.

The long game

When ten million devices are enrolled in STORE, corrupting the network's AI governance would require controlling more than three million of them simultaneously. No company. No government. No one can do that.

The network becomes impossible to corrupt as it grows bigger. That is the opposite of every other network ever built. The math has no substrate preference - it works for humans, for AI agents, and for autonomous systems because Byzantine fault tolerance is a property of the network structure, not of the actors in it.

Every phone within range of an operating AI system will be able to contribute to its constitutional validation. A city with one million enrolled phones will have ambient AI safety governance everywhere, all the time - enforced by the citizens who live near the AI.

Collective Inference Pooling
Thousands of phones in a venue - a stadium, a conference, a city block - will be able to collectively serve inference workloads that no individual phone could handle. A stadium with 50,000 enrolled phones will run models far beyond any single device. Every fan will earn STORE while their phone works during the game.

Physical AI Emergency Response
When an AI system approaches constitutional limits, nearby phones will provide additional validation compute. A democratic emergency response network where citizens' devices will collectively govern AI behavior in their vicinity. No company will control it. The math will.

How the network grows constitutionally

When Vietnam deposits STORE TREASURIES, the protocol will commit to a Vietnamese Constitutional Data Center node. When that node goes live, it will join the constitutional committee via governance vote (+2/3 of existing Constitutional Data Centers must approve). Each new sovereign node will increase fault tolerance. The network will become harder to halt as it grows - for the same mathematical reason it will become harder to capture.
