The integration is happening now.

STORE Identity is the layer everything connects through —single sign-on, identity verification, and credential management across all STORE services. STORE Pay 3.0, STORE Vote, and three additional products are being integrated into it right now. This is the work of the current sprint.

STORE Pay 3.0 is complete and entering integration. The full purchase pipeline — registration, identity, agreement, payment, on-chain confirmation — tested across 7 countries. 9.5 out of 10. Zero production bugs.The next test network will integrate in Identity.

What We're Building

Every technology that becomes infrastructure starts as something nobody thought they needed.

TCP/IP was a curiosity. Then it was the internet. Now it is simply the way information moves. You don't opt in to TCP/IP. You don't negotiate with it. It applies.

STORE is building the same kind of infrastructure — not for data, but for governance. The layer that AI runs on. The protocol that makes AI outputs trustworthy the same way TCP/IP makes data transmission trustworthy.Not a product. Not a feature. Infrastructure.

The math underneath it is old. Hamilton's Ratio: no single entity should control more than a third of any system. Lamport's proof: a network stays honest when two-thirds of its participants are honest. Reynolds' rule: every vote must carry equal weight. These aren't policies. They're theorems. They were true in 1787. They were proved again in 1982. They're true now.

What STORE does is run this math on every AI interaction.Every AI output passes through a constitutional layer — eight checks, milliseconds, every response. Does this output tell the truth? Does it protect the person reading it? Does it preserve human control? The checks run whether the AI wants them to or not. The protocol applies.

Nine years of operation. $30 million governed. 126 governors across 30 countries. Zero constitutional violations. Our early record gives us confidence we can scale the math underneath STORE Democracy to as far as it needs to go.

Identity — The Most Important Thing We've Built

Every other identity protocol asks you to prove who you are with your body.

Iris scan. Fingerprint. Eventually — a chip.

WorldCoin is the clearest example. Scan your iris. Receive a credential. Access the network. Biology is the key.

We built the constitutional opposite.

Not because of theology. Because of math.

When your credential is biological, the kill switch harms the person. The audit trail ends at the skin. The exit right — the right to leave any system — disappears entirely. You cannot exit your own iris.

And there is a trajectory that matters. REAL ID began as a voluntary travel document. Years later, enforcement. The path runs: travel →devices → civic participation → the vote. The vote is the ceiling. A governance system that requires biology to vote has eliminated the most important right in a democracy.

In 2017, a coal miner refused a biometric hand scanner after37 years on the job. The Fourth Circuit upheld his right. EEOC v. Consol Energy. The constituency is real. The legal standing is confirmed.

STORE's answer is simpler. A democracy votes on whether to trust you. Two stages. Two-thirds threshold each time. On-chain record. The credential is math, not biology. You can exit any system built on math. You cannot exit your iris.

- mID  — you're in the protocol. Not yet trusted.

- mID+ — two-thirds of the democracy voted to trust you.

- mID-  — you were trusted. You aren't anymore. The record stays on-chain permanently.

This works for humans. It works for organizations. It works for AI systems. It works for robots. It works for anything that participates in democratic governance. Same math. Same vote. Same credential.

We call this M-Identity. The universal identity primitive.

Verify machines. Free humans. Protect the vote.

We Govern Ourselves First

Before STORE issues a credential to anyone, STORE ran its own constitutional process on every system it depends on.

Every external service — cloud infrastructure, payment systems, blockchain networks, identity verification, the tool we use to run our own votes — will go through a two-stage democratic vote. 27 entities. On-chain records. Independently revocable.

This is not a vendor list. It is a constitutional charter.

The STORE API

The research became an API.

Three tiers of access.

Anyone can run the constitutional math. Hamilton's Ratio in Python. Lamport's threshold in a spreadsheet. The specification is open. No credential required. STORE does not own the math. STORE owns the machine that runs it with a verifiable receipt.

Governed inference requires an mID. Every call produces a MProvenance hash — a cryptographic proof that constitutional math ran on that output, at that moment, governed by a democratic body with a nine-year zero-violation record. That proof is on-chain. Anyone can verify it without trusting STORE.

Licensed implementations are for sovereign deployments. A government building its own constitutional AI. A defense department building its own governed model. The founding licensee is Trusted America — the proposal to score every federal spending program and every AI output touching government function against constitutional math in real time. Article I, Section 9 of the US Constitution has been dormant for 238 years. STORE operationalizes it.

The competitive position is simple. Every AI company writes its own safety rules and checks its own compliance. The DoD asked Anthropic for classified AI work. Anthropic's internal preferences said no. The DoD had no override. Emil Michael, Under Secretary of Defense: "What I can't do is have any one company impose their own policy preferences on top of the laws and on top of my internal policies."

The rules governing AI should be mathematics. Verifiable by any mathematician. Ratified by a democracy. Not one company's preferences.

That is what STORE is.

How STORE Grows

Launch is not the finish line. It is the constitutional hand-off.

Right now, STORE Research holds design authority. Governors are onboarded through investment and approval. Trust flows downward from the founding team.

When the Swiss Association launches, governors begin trusting each other through democratic election. Two-thirds threshold. On-chain. The trust state carries. The credential transitions. 126 governors re-certify. The system becomes self-governing.

From there, every expansion follows the same mechanism. New entities earn trust through democratic vote. Nations earn governed access through treaty. AI systems go through the same vote as a developer. The math scales because the math doesn't care what kind of entity is asking.

There is no single point of governance failure. The democracy governs the infrastructure. The infrastructure runs the democracy.The math referees both.

Nine years. Zero violations. That is the survivability record.

The Peer Review

150 institutions. Mathematicians, computer scientists,political theorists. The full list publishes when the paper goes out.

The thesis: the mathematics of Byzantine fault tolerance —the Turing Award, the Nobel Prize of computer science — is the same mathematics the American Founders used to design a government. The two-thirds threshold.The 33% concentration limit. Separation of powers. These were not arbitrary.They were fault-tolerance thresholds for a distributed human network. Lamport proved in 1982 what the Founders intuited in 1787.

The United States is the first distributed network at scale.It just hasn't been recognized as one.

Three things happening now that matter:

The EU AI Act enforces in August 2026. Enterprises are buying governance solutions with six to twelve month procurement cycles. The window is open. There is no structural solution on the market.

The CEO of the leading AI safety lab Anthropic (Claude)indirectly described our architecture on 60 Minutes — independently, without knowing we exist. The people at the frontier know governance is missing. They cannot build it themselves.

When the peer review goes out, the repricing begins. You will have been here first.

Infrastructure

Our nodes are not virtual machines sitting on top of clouds.They are clouds. Harder to build. The right way to build it.

We're expanding inside Switzerland. That directly strengthens our regulatory position. More countries under evaluation.

STORE Treasuries — the program that lets countries take long positions in STORE infrastructure — is the next step. When it's live, we can have the conversation with sovereign partners about bringing STORE infrastructure into their economies.

Switzerland and STORE Pay

Getting STORE Pay to Switzerland required bringing a constitutionally governed technology system and a complete token economy into a sovereign jurisdiction simultaneously. Every piece has to be right. The regulatory authority has to understand what we're building. The tax authority has to understand how the economy works.

That's why Switzerland is the hardest gate and the most important one. When we're through it, we're through it with everything intact.

Treasuries is a time-locked deposit program. Lock STORE tokens for two, four, or eight years. The protocol rewards you with new tokens from a constitutionally capped 3% annual inflation budget. The inflation cap is constitutional — 67% of governors must vote to change it. It cannot be inflated away.

When this launches, the token has a compounding deflationary mechanism that rewards patience.

How We Launch

STORE launches when all four gates clear: funding,engineering, tax, regulatory.

Each runs on its own clock. A tax ruling is not on our schedule. A regulatory sign-off has its own timeline. You cannot compress it by working harder.

That gets us through our first funding milestone and positions us at our second — D&O insurance for both entities, legal founding of the Swiss Association, and asset transfer preparation.

Terms Worth Knowing

Byzantine fault tolerance — a network stays honest when two-thirds of participants are honest, even if the other third tries to corrupt it. Everything in STORE is built on this threshold.

Hamilton's Ratio — no single entity controls more than 33% of any system. From Federalist No. 51. Applied to token ownership,governance votes, AI influence, and identity validation.

mID — the STORE identity credential. Issued after a two-stage democratic vote. Three states: ⚪️ in protocol (not yet trusted),🟢trusted (elected by democracy), 🔴 un-trusted (record permanent on-chain).

M-Identity — the universal identity primitive for humans, organizations, AI systems, physical AI, and any future form of intelligence that participates in democratic governance. Same credential. Same math.

EXIT Principle — any person must be able to leave any identity system without changing their body and still vote, work, and participate in civic life. The vote is what this principle ultimately protects.

MProvenance — the cryptographic receipt proving constitutional math governed a specific output at a specific time. On-chain.Verifiable by anyone. Permanent.

Questions From the Community

What happens if you don't raise the $1M?

We're playing to win. But the honest answer: if we can't continue, we follow standard procedure — attempt to sell our assets, including two granted patents in distributed computing that are genuinely valuable right now, and return proceeds proportionally after debt is settled. That's the last resort. Our focus is winning.

Why will it work this time?

The world caught up to the problem. In 2017 nobody asked who governs AI. In 2026 the CEO of Anthropic is on 60 Minutes, the EU is enforcing in August, and enterprises are buying now. The window opened because the world finally understood the question. This community understood it nine years ago.

How is STORE different from WorldCoin?

WorldCoin asks for your iris. STORE asks a democracy to vote. We have four constitutional reasons the biology-as-credential approach fails — the kill switch, quorum integrity, the exit right, and the audit trail.We have a Fourth Circuit precedent to back it. The alternative exists. We're building it.

Is STORE still relevant given how fast AI is moving?

More relevant than ever. The faster AI moves, the more urgently the governance layer is needed. The CEO of the leading safety lab described our architecture independently. We are ahead in the specific domains we've chosen to compete in. We're not ahead everywhere. We're ahead where it matters.

What does launch actually mean?

When our Swiss legal and accounting teams say we're ready.The first governors vote. The Swiss Association becomes operational. The system moves from governed development into governed deployment.
